50-60岁村民(该妈祖庙负责人),遇见时正在隔壁的大王庙吃饭喝酒庆祝大王诞辰
妈祖庙于2001年修建
内容:
妈祖两边有顺风耳、千里眼、三姐妹侍女陪祀,“电视里面的什么海里面的什么公”
祖辈上也有妈祖庙,很早,以前在山里面的水库旁边,经过200-300年由于山体滑坡等没有了,后来将妈祖像供奉在一个殿里面,01年修建了妈祖庙
有妈祖的代言人,负责通灵、托梦等
连江县很多信众,特别是海边的,一个县里面有70多个妈祖庙
小孩的信奉与否随父母
也有信奉基督教而不信妈祖的,但是只要有船的就信
该庙是从莆田湄洲祖庙来的,
参加连江县妈祖文化研究会-选举上有问题变成了连江县民俗文化研究会
负责人提出修建妈祖庙,全村人出钱
信妈祖的年龄段主要集中在50-60岁
妈祖的故事主要口口相传,有书本但是村民不看
妈祖经文:“妈祖通光”和台湾等地通用
政府不管不问:不会拨款支持,但也不会因为不合法不合政策而处罚
每月初一十五拜妈祖,还有农历3月23(妈祖诞辰)人很多
结婚/上学等有求的时候来祭拜妈祖
负责人问吃没吃午饭,关心他人
Location:
Mazu Temple beside Provincial Highway 308 in Lianjiang County, Fuzhou City. The Da Wang (Great King) Temple is on the left, and the Dragon King Temple is on the right.
Background:
A villager, aged 50-60, is in charge of the Mazu Temple. When encountered, they were celebrating the birthday of the Great King with food and drinks at the Da Wang Temple next door.
The Mazu Temple was built in 2001.
Content:
Mazu is accompanied by "Shunfenger" (the one who hears from afar), "Qianliyan" (the one who sees from afar), and three servant maidens. The villager also referred to "the figures from the sea shown on TV."
There was an old Mazu Temple built by their ancestors a long time ago, located near a reservoir in the mountains. After 200-300 years, due to landslides and other factors, the temple no longer existed. The statue of Mazu was later placed in a hall, and the new Mazu Temple was built in 2001.
There is a spokesperson for Mazu who is responsible for spiritual communication and delivering messages from dreams.
Lianjiang County has many Mazu followers, especially along the coast. There are more than 70 Mazu Temples in the county.
Children’s faith in Mazu usually follows that of their parents.
Some people believe in Christianity and not in Mazu, but anyone who owns a boat believes in Mazu.
The temple originated from the ancestral Mazu Temple in Meizhou, Putian.
The Lianjiang Mazu Culture Research Association became the Lianjiang Folk Culture Research Association after issues with election processes.
The person in charge proposed the construction of the Mazu Temple, and the whole village contributed funds for it.
Most Mazu believers are aged 50-60.
Mazu’s stories are mostly passed down orally. Although there are books, the villagers do not read them.
The Mazu scripture "Mazu Tongguang" is the same as that used in Taiwan and other places.
The government neither supports nor interferes: they do not provide funding but also do not penalize the temple for being illegal or non-compliant with policies.
People pray to Mazu on the 1st and 15th of every month, and on the 23rd of the third lunar month (Mazu's birthday), the temple becomes especially crowded.
People come to worship Mazu when they have important events such as weddings or starting school.
